Our Services
bixtix provides business formation and related administrative services, such as preparing and filing documents with US state agencies and the IRS. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm and do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review documents we prepare before they are filed
- Keep your company compliant after formation, including annual filings and taxes
- Use your company only for lawful purposes
Fees & Payment
Our service fee and any government fees are shown before you pay. Government and third-party fees are set by those parties and may change. Work begins after payment is received.
Third-Party Decisions
Approvals by government agencies, banks, payment platforms and marketplaces are decided by those organisations. We cannot guarantee any approval or timeline.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the service in question.
