Our 7-day money-back guarantee and how refunds work.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we have not yet submitted your documents to a government agency, we will refund 100% of our service fee.
Partial Refunds
If your company has already been registered with the state but we have not yet applied for your EIN, you may request a refund of 50% of our service fee.
Our Mistakes
If a problem is caused by incorrect information from our team, we will make it right — including a full refund of our service fee where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
- State and other government filing fees once paid
- Registered agent fees once the service has started
- Third-party provider fees
- Payment transaction fees
When Refunds Don’t Apply
- Documents have already been submitted to a government agency (other than the partial refund above)
- Decisions made by third parties, such as banks, payment platforms or marketplaces
- A change in your own business plans after work has started
